Located in Berlin, CT, PYC Manufacturing, a privately owned Small Business, is housed in a 21,000 sq./ft—climate-controlled facility. Using 30+ CNC machines, PYC Manufacturing produces machined components for the Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial Industries. From .030 to 32 inches, our Processes include Turning and Five Axis Milling.
Centrally located amongst many suppliers to the aerospace industry, PYC Manufacturing can provide management and outsourcing of any special processes required to furnish finished parts. For years, PYC Manufacturing has provided our customers with quality machined components made from typical hard-to-machine aerospace alloys, working with tolerances down to .0002 of an inch.
